Kylie was raised in Rapid City and believes that the beautiful Black Hills have so much to offer for a true quality of life and made it a priority to return to the area after completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of South Dakota. Kylie has been in the real estate industry since 2012. Working at a Rapid City title company during the summers and finishing her degree during the school year, she has come to truly enjoy the fulfillment that a career helping others in real estate has to offer. Kylie attributes much of her attention to detail and knowledge in the business to this past experience. Being born and raised in the Black Hills, Holly understands that your hometown is a big part of what makes you the person you are. Volunteering at local organizations, school functions and helping organize various fundraising events exemplifies Holly’s belief and trust she has for the community. Having a family rooted in the local healthcare and service industry has created the foundation for Holly and her husband to raise their own children with a sense of hometown pride.
Starting her journey in Early Childhood Education Holly spent several years caring for the educational needs of local children. Exclusively raising her young family for several years, Holly later found herself in the role of Transaction Coordinator for one of the most successful real estate teams in the area. Putting her organizational skills to the test and her attention to detail to work, she proved herself capable of becoming an important part of the team. Now, as a licensed agent she looks forward to building relationships as she helps her clients achieve homeownership.
Rick grew up in Vermillion SD where he developed a strong work ethic. He worked seven years at the local hardware store where he learned the importance of taking care of customers. After graduating from USD in 1982, he moved south; first to Texas and then to Oklahoma, where he ran several Payless Cashways Home Centers. He later moved to Bentonville AR where he worked for Cooper Communities running several lumber yards and a door and window manufacturing plant.
Rick always wanted to build homes and in 1998 that dream became a reality when he started R & R Homes. For more than a decade, Rick built custom and spec homes in the Bella Vista and Bentonville AR area. In 2010, he began selling real estate for RE/MAX in Bentonville before returning to South Dakota in 2012. Rick has been selling real estate for RE/MAX in Rapid City for almost ten years.
